Traffic & Mah Sing in Malaysia

Mah Sing Group Berhad is an industry leading Bursa Malaysia-listed Malaysian real estate developer and plastic products manufacturer. Mah Sing has a 20-year history and a proven track record of developing prime residential and commercial projects strategically across Malaysia’s property hotspots. The Group currently has 48 projects in Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang and Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

What sets Mah Sing apart from other developers is its product offerings and the ability to cater to the diverse buyers and market segments. In early 2015, Mah Sing engaged Traffic to enhance the brand in line with the business objectives for growth within Malaysia and in the global marketplace. In April, the Traffic team travelled to Kuala Lumpur and conducted a Discovery Workshop to learn about the business today and the aspirations for the business going forward. Traffic is currently in the process of developing strategic recommendations for the future of the Mah Sing brand.

The visit, whilst brief, was incredibly enlightening, with our team holding a number of sessions with some of Malaysia’s leading Feng Shui experts who gave us a fascinating overview into the importance of this element when it comes to brand identity.
