Melbourne based 94 Feet are a property development company who have been at the forefront of the local market for over three decades. A premium, upmarket new hotel and residential development at 51 Albert St Auckland is their first foray into the New Zealand market, and we tasked with the creation of the brand and associated launch collateral.
Strategy
51 Albert is a prestigious new project featuring a limited release of sky homes positioned at the pinnacle of Auckland’s new premium hotel and residential tower. As one of Auckland’s tallest residential buildings, 51 Albert will undoubtedly become an iconic addition to the city skyline, redefining the concept of sky home living for residents of Auckland.
Solution
A design direction for the brand and launch materials that mined and leveraged the history and pedigree of the building. Constructed in 1912 as the Auckland branch of the car importing firm Dexter and Crozier, it was originally appropriately known as ‘The Motor House’. The design aesthetic of the original building is evidenced throughout the campaign materials.
