Background
Australian Building Company (ABC Homes) is a home builder that specialises in building affordable designer homes for modern Australian families. With notable growth in its founding state of Victoria and its rapid expansion into South Australia, Queensland, and NSW, the business was on a mission to ignite itself on its paid and organic social channels, and engaged Traffic to develop a national paid and organic social media strategy to fit under one central brand strategy.
Strategy
Our team of strategists started with ABC Homes’ overall aim; making building a home more personal and Easy As! We rooted this approach in each market’s local product offering to authentically resonate with local audiences and generate awareness, engagement and leads in each respective market.
We needed to connect with each market so we tapped into each by using 2 key tools:
1. A local social strategy (which maintained brand consistency but still showcased the different product types)
2. A two-fold bespoke content creation strategy encompassing master brand and location driven product.
This would ensure that social campaigns in each market were effective, consistent, and content creation from the organic level could be applied to the master brand, whilst paid campaigns were tailored by location at the product level.
Result
Our ongoing partnership with Australian Building Company for several years is testament to the success of both our paid and organic social media campaigns for the brand. Refreshing content, motion graphics and video on a monthly basis has prevented the brand being subjected to content fatigue, whereas our ongoing optimisation of campaigns, audience and funnel strategies and new campaign development, has led to MoM increased awareness, engagement, web traffic and conversions at the national level.
