Traffic launches a brand new campaign ‘Break Free’ for Hometown Australia encouraging the over 50’s market to Break Free after 18 months of lockdowns, loneliness and disruption due to Covid-19.
The Break Free campaign encourages the audience to look beyond the confines of 2020 and 2021 and towards a future where they can reconnect with the people and places that they have missed the most, whilst freeing themselves up financially at a Hometown Community.
The ad starts with visions evocative of pandemic-related lockdowns — empty streets and beaches, people in their homes — before saying “our time has come to leave the past behind and make up for cancelled plans as it’s now time to Break Free.” It shifts to scenes of beaches, enjoying social moments with friends, sporting activities and the beautiful surroundings of the Hometown Australia communities and amenities.
The campaign calls to the collective desire in all of us to feel free again, reigniting optimism and excitement for the future.
