For over 20 years, Partners Wealth Group (PWG) has built a solid reputation in the financial services industry. Through their network of partners, they have established strong client relationships that have seen the business grow beyond their Melbourne origins. Their unique approach creates an elevated client experience by offering holistic advice through their team of in-house specialists.

Strategy
Traffic undertook a series of one on one interviews with key partners and stakeholders to understand the business origins and how the network evolved to create a bespoke client service offering. These insights were taken into the brand Metabolism workshop, where key stakeholders were further uncover the success of the business to date, and their aspirations for the future.

This led to an in-depth understanding of the industry, its recent history in the market context and how this created an opportunity to elevate the brands strengths in translating this into a brand proposition to take them into the next phase of the business.

Solution

Through the immersion phase, it became evident that the strength of the business was the level of customer experience offered, informed by well rounded, holistic industry leading insights and experience. The client benefit of a thorough understanding of the past, present and future goals delivered by the business led to the position of Stronger Together, reflecting the power of relationships in achieving results.

This is reflected in the new brand design, symbolised by the reinterpretation of the 3 geese, a symbol of partnership and the core ethos of the brand. The new brand system celebrates the past, whilst providing a contemporary identity that exudes confidence whilst being approachable. The brand resonates with key audiences, a welcoming symbol of the strength of partnership and working together.
