Background
Fibonacci engaged Traffic to enhance their online presence through its social media channels, and create highly engaging static and motion content to bolster awareness and drive leads off the back of its eye-catching rebrand which was also completed by Traffic. The goal was to increase visibility for specific terrazzo products and improve overall conversions, whilst building followers and driving conversations within the interior, architecture and textiles industries.
Approach
In order to attract a broader B2B audience, and ultimately drive growth in the competitive design industry, Traffic devised a sophisticated and highly targeted content, paid and organic social media strategy encompassing a multi-layered content matrix to prevent audience fatigue and to stand out amongst competitors. We needed to bring the products to life in a way that visually captured attention, tied into design trends and engaged the audience while also providing enough information to educate and lead to an order. Traffic ran both paid and organic campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, ranging from video ads to branded content. We implemented an always-on campaign messaging strategy to reach potential B2B customers throughout the journey, and while campaigns typically focused on driving conversions, we also helped to grow their organic audience and acquire new customers.
Solution
Fibonacci saw improved brand sentiment, conversions, awareness and a deeper understanding of its core offering amongst target B2B audiences across both paid and organic social media channels, as well as a significantly higher level of engagement with regenerative content.
