Background
Land Vision Group are an Adelaide based real estate agent and property developer. Their first foray into masterplanned communities is out at Roseworthy, about 45 mins north of Adelaide. We were engaged to help them create a strong strategic foundation and positioning for the estate, as well as a suitable name and visual identity, and to design and execute all of the assets to take it to market successfully.

Strategy
With proximity to the famous Barossa Valley, this is an inspired location for a bold vision – to create a stunning residential community in Roseworthy that will set a new benchmark for contemporary living in South Australia, with the new campus of one of the state’s most prestigious schools (Trinity College) at the heart of a major civic, retail and commercial hub that is central to the St Yves offering.

Solution
St Yves is a blank canvas that will evolve into a contemporary urban destination, the likes of which Adelaide has not seen. The launch visuals and campaign reflected a sense that the location is an unspoilt paradise in a unique landscape, and was built around a number of key pillars that reflected the ambition for St Yves, being: visionary, transformative, distinctive, imaginative, precise, contemporary and bold.
